I need help finding a song

I heard this song sung in church when I was younger. Me and my mom are trying to find all the words to the song and maybe even music to it.

I only know the first part of it. It goes:

There lays the crown they took from his head
Oh the blood still dried on the thorns
There lays the sandals that fell from his feet

And there stands a mother in tears for she just lost her son
He died on the cross for someone he didn't know

I used to sing this song.  I've been searching for the sheet music, the last time I sang this was in 1993.  I love this song and am sad I can't find the music.  If I do, I will send you a copy.  Here are the words I've memorized since 1982.
