Well, I won't get into any of what I think you should do, since it involves hours upon hours of meticulous theory study. Noone wants to put that kind of time into learning, and sometimes I even wonder why I do either. But nothing worth accomplishing happens overnight, and if it did you wouldn't treasure it as much. So I'll just say get Uriah's videos if you want to start playing now.

Uriah's videos for sure!  They help alot.  It may seem a little difficult at first, but keep practicing until you get it.  Then go on to the next video.  I also practiced the Cmajor and Cminor scales over and over again for the first week or so, then I began to practice the videos Uriah posted along with practicing scales.  Hope this helps!
