hi yall i use da heal toe technique but i wanna learn how 2 do doubles da normal way so wat is da best and easiest way to do it?

Hey man try wearing ankle weights when you are practicing. Start off with 15 pounds. Also do doubles and try to play complicated fills when you are practicing. Just walk around the house with them on. When the pedal gets to light tighten the tension on your pedal. Trust me it works. I did it 2 weeks for a big performance and my feet felt like they were on air.

Yeah the weights might help but if you use them too much you can develop fluid on your knees.  Just keep practicing and one day it'll just happen.  as soon as you stop thinkin about it so much, the doubles will come
