I just ran across it lastnight. I've transcribed half of it already. That little scale he throws in at 1:07 is difficult to hear everything, but you can adlib your own freestyle there.

I go by the name Tornotos Finest1 I live in Toronto, Canada and play at refuge City Pentecostal Church. That was about 5yrs ago in Baltimore at a church called Rehoboth! Big up to my boys Thomas on keys and Damon on organ.

For the run he does at 1:07 I just throw in a slide (which is nothing) and keep going, but like I said I have only gotten through about half of the clip, well I'm to about 2:55 now, but in a few more days I should have it pretty close. Playing it fluidly and transcription are two different things. Once I build up the repetitions and get it together I will post it. I ain't scared.

They sound like triplets. Four groups to be exact. I can almost hear all the notes, but I know I won't be able to play it. My fingers don't move that fast yet.

I looked at his right hand to see how many beats he's playing then looked at his left hand to see the pattern. I'm almost certain they're triplets.

It looks like he's using 1-2-4 to me. The third finger doesn't look like it's playing anything...unless he's playing on another string. The rest are on the same string....at least that's what it looks like. The dern camera is moving too much.

Yea. Those have to be triplets. (16th note triplets...8th note triplets would be too slow) I know you can hammer-on notes, but it doesn't sound like it to me...plus his right hand isn't going across the strings. It's just going up and down.

Yea. I just counted the beats. he did the whole thing in 4 beats. If they were 16th note triplets it would be an even 24 beats. 16 notes would be too slow. I know that's more than 16 notes. He can't be doing quads, because that would be too many notes.

Ok. I think I got it, but if not, it's pretty close.

The first note is Db, and it goes up to Ab.

I think I'm off a little, but it sounds pretty close. My fingers can't move this fast though.
