Keyboard Cases
« on: March 29, 2006, 02:11:53 PM »
I own a MOTIF ES8 and I'm looking for a good sturdy keyboard case with wheels, any suggestions?  All the reviews I've read for the SKB and GATOR Cases say to stay away from them.  What do you guys think?

I would use either a skb or the custom made yamaha motif cases. I have a motif ES7 and I too am looking for a case right now. my dad call three different music stores and one of the particular skb cases, the motif doesn't fit it.

I hate carrying around a keyboard that I needed to take a big bulky case...so I got a smaller keygbaord to take with me. :)

I just got a case, at first I didn't like it but now i've saw fit to get use to it. I have have a road ready brand case and let me tell it is sturdy and it protects your keyboard well.

I got one of those heavy padded SKB soft cases for my MO8 for like $120- its not a ATA hard case but it isnt too heavy & there's like 2 inches of foam around my whole keyboard so I'm good.
