Desperately Seeking Song Lyrics

  I am desperately looking for the lyrics and artist to a song that I have no clue of what the name of it is but I do remember some of the lyrics.  They are "We sing praises to your name, oh Lord, praises to your name, oh Lord, for your name is great and greatly to be praised." We bring honor to your name, oh Lord, Honor to your name, oh Lord, for your name is great, and greatly to be praised.

I've only heard that song as you have posted it sung as a chorus.  I have not heard any other words to it, but I will check my CCM books to find it and post later what I find
