Man that song is absolutely blazin' and Calvin Napper was doing his thing on the drums. As a matter of fact, that whole band was hot on that track.
My goal as a musician is to be better than myself.

Maine What!?!?!? I didnt kno Calvin Napper was playin on that song. Thats was the farthest I have ever heard him come out on a song. He doesnt like playin on tight snares that pop or make a loud crack or somethin like a piccolo does he? I never hear him playing tight snares like Ladell Abrabs or Jeremy Haynes that make that nice little pop. I guess thats just his style. But he is blazin!!! He left me like :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D !!!

He played with Donnie McClurkin on the concert on TBN a couple months back. Go to www.CalvinNapper.com see what he has done and order his DVD.

I am from N.C. and I must stick up for my boy Coon.( Calvin Napper)
Coon has been rocking them hard for a long time. And yes, his set and snares do sound alot different than the majority. And for the one that said they haven't heard of him till now, where have you been? Coon has done Karen Clarke, Tri-City ( he became there drummer when Jeremy was no longer there) John P. Kee, Lejeune Thompson, Donnie, Rodney Posey, Twinkie Clarke( the one live in Charlotte) Greg Hoover, and just about everything that Cedric Thompson name is on, so is his. On da real. There are so many tight musicians out here, we may never hear the half, because they may never be given the chance. However don't ever be to quick to sleep on nobody. Just like my boy Calvin Carter from Charlotte, if that boy ever get out, some of the ones that some people have so much hype about, might not be getting as many phone calls for gigs. And for one of the albums Calvin Carter has played on is the Daryl Coley(recored live in Charlotte, and Daryls Christmas album.)

I was at mega-fest and the performance was tight I would've enjoyed it more if he had a live band.
