Okay, if I understand your question correctly in the key of C you will play the following chords:
1 C
2 D minor
3 E minor
4 F
5 G
6 A minor
7 B diminshed
Now, you will want to play inversions of these chords for the smoothest sound. This is called minimal movement. For example, a 251 progression in the key of C might be like this:
D / D F A C (D minor 7)
G / D G B (G major)
C / E G C (C major)
This is an example of minimal movement because the right hand is moving as little as possible. Always go for minimal movement if you want a smooth sound, like gospel ballads. Also, the more minimal your movement, the less mistakes you are likely to make
There are a lot of other 251's you can play, and a lot of other progressions like 145, 736251, etc.
Hope this answers the question, at least in part . . .
Be Blessed
