Desperately in Need of Worship Songs
« on: July 02, 2005, 08:57:07 PM »
Do anyone know some beautiful worship (slow) songs that I can teach my praise team. Our New Church is opening next sunday and I went away and forgot about the date. Our other musician don't have any ideas on new songs. So I need some help on some songs. Hopefully they won't be to hard to learn in a matter of 2 practices. So if you can help, if the song is nice  you can just post the words and the chord and I will try to get a feel of what its like, if I don't know it. Thaanks in advance

In two practices, huh? Ok, try these:

"So Easy to Love You" Isreal & New Breed
"Falling in love with Jesus" Kirk Whalum
"More than Anything" Lamar Campbell (just the chorus part until the end of the song: "I love you, Jesus/I worship and adore You/Just want to tell You/Lord, I love you more than anything")

You should be able to find "So Easy to love you" and Falling in love on this site

You can find "more than anything" on the earnestandroline.com website. Use Hammondman's version.

I hope this helps, be blessed

We love to sing "Bring all your needs to the Altar"  at the end of service for altar service or during prayer service.
