Of course you will want to start in prayer. Thank GOD for giving you another chance to worship HIM in music, and ask GOD to open your understanding so you can play only for HIM.
Then you will want to work on building a repetoire of songs. Congregational songs, praise and worship songs, songs for the offering, opening the service and closing the service.
Get a notebook and copy down some progressions for talk music and music to play under the announcements, under prayer, etc. Never can have too many progressions memorized.
After you have a good repetoire up and you can help and assist the service, then go on to learning new material. As I am sure you know, a musician's bag should always be full of fresh stuff.
Hope this helps with finding a starting point. There are lots of great songs arranged on this site and also Sis T's site, at
www.earnestandroline.com.
Be Blessed!
