Does your pastor Prophesy?

Prophecy, I think is one of the most debatable issues among the different denominations of churches. What is your scope on prophecy?

Hey,
  I just want to comment on the post about prophesying. I believe that prophesying and the prophetic anointing is still in effect today. However, I think that some preachers misuse the term prophecy. A prophecy is only to confirm something that God has placed on a person's spirit already, it is a confirmation from God through a fellow brother or sister. All this stuff about I see I see can really get on your nerves because when God sends prophecy it shouldn't leave the recipient confused, it should be clear and immediately connects with the person's spirit. I honestly believe that there are some true prophets in the world. As men and women of God we need to pray for discernment so that we do not fall into the web of deceit that satan tries to bring through false prophets.

Does anyone know any Baptist, AME, or Methodist churches where prophecy is in effect?

Am I the only person who's spirit feels the prophetic move of God? OF COURSE NOT!  Alot of you may not recognize it, but God speaks through most of you daily!   Any annointed song writers out there writing about what will come to pass. YOU ARE PROPHESYING!!  To GOD be the glory!
