Choir Members that Have a short attention span (smile)..HELP

Can someone give insight on how to deal with choir members that do not focus on the director/conductor...........In Jesus name.

I would like to hear how others handle the situation.......especially in church choirs (bishop........I beat you to it).

EBOWSHAY!!!
See this is the stuff "I be talkin' 'bout" I clown them right there.. I will walk right up to them while the choir is still singing, or I'll holler out "WATCH ME SIS PONEBREAD".  They know I will give a crazy look in a min.  I don't play that!!!, like I said in the choir room, they don't go around town all day running red lights, so watch me!!!

Never Seen them, They haven't made out here to CAli yet, you know it's done by the time we get a fashion.
