Some Real Help For You

Working in the web game I have to warn you people that you are really giving away too much information on MySpace and other online sites. Right now anyone can go on there a jack all you guys identities and have enpough REAL info on you to come knock on your very door.

A person can do a location on you with 2-5 blocks of your home because you tell them the places you frequent. They can do a pesonality profile on you one because you are online telling too much business (which tells something right there.. when you cannot even speak to folk at church). Next thing a personality profile will tell how you think and respond to threats, stress etc.

You guys think CSI and L&O: CI and SVU are entertainment. Yopu guys better wake up and learn something.
AND TAKE THEM DAG GONE BUMPER STICKERS OFF YOUR CARS TELLING FOLK YOUR CHILDREN'S NAMES AND WHAT SCHOOL THEY GO TO... WHERE THEY TAKE GYNASTICS ETC... The DMV sells your info to telemarketers already!!!!

its true, that is why you have all these pedofiles (sp) lurking on the web preying on innocent kids. my own mother had her identity stolen and trust me that it is not a good feeling....be safe

might I add too that we change the way we post our email info in threads???

In another forum I'm with - we're not allowed to post email addresses like this: abc@123.com in threads.

The moderators say that trolling programs can go phishing on forums for email addresses so they help protect us by using php code to disable it. We get told to post like this: abc at 123 dot com. Its long but better than seeing alot junk mail in your inbox I suppose.

& I've seen alot of people on LGM posting their email addresses like that.

Tere was a thing on ABC World News night before last about folks trolling the Job sits stealing folk's identities . Yo have to watch how much info you put out there. Names and pictures can get a person all they need.  Get a license plate and run a DMV check and it is all over.
