I think we all would agree it's the man's fault in not keeping his thoughts under subjection.
Ummm...no we wouldn't.
I haven't taken the time to read exactly what everyone has said, but some very good points have been made. A woman knows what is the motive when she puts on what she puts on. If a man has a struggle with lust, or looking, and is married or in a commitment, the bible says if he even thinks it in his mind, it is a sin....but if you purposely dress to cause men to look at you, you have become a part of that sin. You have become the sin, the temptation, and you alone have caused that man to sin against his wife!! But if you know that you are modest, and you truley know God is pleased with your outfit, and he choosed to lust, then that is his problem. Personally, I don't want to look frumpy, I agree with sis T, I want things to fit me, I don't want to look like a hot air balloon, lol. but, also, I watch what I wear, because I want people to see God. I want to look sophisticated, well put together, beautiful...I don't think I would use the word sexy. I don't want an outfit to sent a message that says, hey look at me I'm part of the world, but I also don't want a frumpy outfit to say, wow, that woman looks Depressed serving God!! But all in all, I would have to say yes, a woman can be a christian and be sexy, it will just not be in an outfit that the world would think is sexy! (even tho i'm like lorenzoS to say a christian woman, a woman of God, is sexy, just doesn't sound right, someone grab a thesaurus, there has gotta be a better word!!!)
