Please help me with some youth choir songs

I need some songs for a youth workshop. I also heard a song I don't know the name of it but I liked it. Some of the words are the Lord is high above the heaven or nation... ha-lle- ha lle lu jah...
Does anybody know this song?

The name of the artist is Judith McCallister and its on a praise and worship song she has but I don't remember the name of it....I hope this helps you out a little
