As funny as you are man you should be waiting on Sis.  Dynamite!  You're too charasmatic to just be settling down with any woman.  Bro.  the one thing that I'm excited about and the one thing I think I did right was to to wait on my wife.  Bro you got to make sure you're not going to want a new model in a few years.  You can't trade them in when they lose that brand new smell.  Imagine the ideal woman for you.  Right it down, make it plain.  Make sure she has a job too!  Yeah I said it, a job...and good credit!  I guess you should consider white women too now because that good credit things just eliminate a lot of sistas.  How about setting your standard even higher?  She should already have a house if she 30 to 35 and a car.  You need a strong women, one that will not put up with your mess bra.  That's the woman I found.  I got my stuff and it's hers if she wants it but she don't need it.  She'd rather take care of me.  By the way, she doesn't try to compete with me either.  When we out in public and at home, she makes sures that everybody knows that I'm THE MAN!

Seriously man whenever you want to get real.  Bro you know our women be like to shop and run some credit side ways.  How about most of started out wrong cause yo moma put the telephone in you name when you were twelve years old and now you got a $1,000 phone bill that you never ran up.  I'm just saying we can be monetarilly challenged (is that a word).  Anyway.  If I had to do it again and I'm not looking to, this is what I would want.  Getting old to be playing high school games.
