lifting weights
« on: March 06, 2006, 10:37:15 AM »
whats up y all I just want to know who exercises to help enhance your strength and endurance on the set. I exercise normally doing the week. One of my favorite things to do would be wrist curls with a 30 lb dumbell. THis helps to strengthen your wrist which in terms will help when you use the moeller technique which requires that whipping  and snapping motion of your wrist. Personally i have seen an increase in my power on the drums. two naturally i have thick wrist so i guess it helps although its always about technique no matter how big so let me know what ya think or who does some type of workout routine!! 8) p.s. check out modern drummers muscles good lord you definitely could give the devil a knock out punch lol  ;D
