I'm not trying to be mean
« on: March 17, 2006, 04:44:06 PM »
I some advanced chord for I'm Healed by Donald Lawrence.  I know that these chords have already been posted on the site, but they just dont cut it.  I need the real chords.  I am not trying to be mean about the chords that are already posted for the song, but they are very basic...and not really close to the real chords in the song.  They are sound like chords that a beginner or even someone that can not play "phat chords" would play just to make it through the song.

For the most part I have the chords for the song, but there are a few transition chords that I am not sure about.  Mainly the chords through the

"my God has touched me" all the way through "I'm healed today"...also everyone plays the intro differently...(seems like), just trying to get some correct chords for that section also.

I know that is probably the most difficult section of the song, and I do have chords that work for that part of the song.  I will post them if someone wants to try them out.  But I'm just not sure that those are the chords that I want to play during that part of the song.  Maybe I can mix and match someone else's idea's with what I have...

If you can be of any assistance, please do...

Thanks and God Bless all of you!!!

I know how to play parts of this song, but since I can't play all of it w/the chords from the CD, then I am not going to post it at this time.

This song is actually filled with mainly basic chords.  They just played real fast and switched up sometimes to make you think they playing "phat" chords, but they really not.  Also, there are so many instruments going that also make it seem like there's more there than it really is.  Any beginner should have no problem playing this song, once they figure out what order to play the chords in.

Correct T-Block, this sound was done in a "Pattern Round" as we would call it. The pattern is simple. Remember Apex, and take this from a "OLD VET" from the road, Simple sells!!!!  Bishop Cole
