I always love looking at peeps kits, just thought I'd show you mine. heh.

Very nice. I've always liked black hardware. That premier kit looks very.... meowish!? Is that even a word?

Well being one of the few Pearl drummers on here...

I'd have to say that I ain't really feeling the way how Pearl separated the Export range into different series. (EX, ELX & EXR)
I mean, to me, regardless of what the specs are - an export will never be a session or mw (obviously) or reference SO why try and make
a range within a mid-range drumset range?

But even with all that, I have an export & the one you've picked is definitely one of the nicer kits in the range! Hope you enjoy it!

...I like the color on the Pearl Kit.  It looks mean with the black hardware.  If I'm not mistaken, that's kind of like the same color of the Masters MMX.

I'm loving the cosmetics on that Pearl Export, but it's something that I don't dig about the sound of poplar wood. Personally, I prefer the sound of the old Exports versus this new poplar wood.

Please dont take this as rude but, why do ya all aways get the lowend kits? Most people in here have Exports or Stage Customs.

Budget my friend.  It's all about the budget. ;) Hey, I would rock a CB kit or that First Act kit from Wal Mart right now.  I'm that guy that Aaron Green talks about on his clip.  You know, the guy that's itching for Sunday and rehearsal day to come so he can play. ;D ;D ;D ;)
