Healing Techniques
« on: March 29, 2006, 03:24:38 PM »
i was wondering if I could get some feedback on all of these different healing techniques that I see on The word and TBN such as:

Miracle Water
Oil Soap
Green Prosperity cloth
Red Healing Clay

Stuff like this. I will never say that God couldn't use this but I was thinking that the word of God alone is sufficent for  healing. I am familiar with the cloths that the Apostles used. I was just wondering do you all think it is getting out of hand?

We use anoiting oil and prayr cloths at my church but if you are having to pay for it... that is BOGUS!!! you shouldnt have to pay for someone to pray for you... if it comes down to it you can pray yourself Trust and Believe God will work every thing out...

JUST PRAY AND THE LORD WILL MAKE A WAY
To get something I've never had.... I have to do something I've never done. *Salvation will pay off*

Jesus restored a man's eyesight using clay and spittle.

Personally, as long as people get healed I have no problem at all with how GOD chooses to move. I'm sure if the person is sick enough and wants to get healed bad enough, they won't care either!

I don't care if it is spring water, oil, a prayer cloth, or whatever . . . just let GOD's people be HEALED as they should be!

Be Blessed, y'all . . . .  :D

James 5:14  Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:  And I'm sure you've heard of the pool of Bathesda when God sent an angel to stir the water for healing. Also in Acts it says that Peter was so annointed that people where healed by coming into contact with handkerchiefs that he had.

Hey I figure if God can use a donkey to talk some since into a man, then he can do anything. But we still have to be careful of people. Remember that the devil knows the word of God, but he is the master at manipulating it for his own gain.
