There are a lot, but these are a few to use.
1. Breathing -
Take a deep breath in through the mouth (should take about 2 seconds).
Pause for 1 second
Then exhale through the mouth (another 2 seconds).
(Do 10 of these.)
*** Your shoulder SHOULD NOT move. Breathing should be done from the diaphragm.
You should feel or see your stomach expanding and contracting with each inhale and exhale.
This is VERY important. If not done right, the exercise is meaningless.***
2. Singing -
Using a piano, start at a reasonable key that is not too high.
Sing the vowels of the alphabet legato (smooth) on the one note on one breath
A - E - I - O - U (pronounced as "OO").
Hold the "U" for 4 counts (1 / 2 / 3 / 4) then repeat.
After the repeat, modulate (go up) to the next key and do again.
Keep going up until you can't go anymore.
***Be sure to open your mouth and pronounce each letter correctly.
You should feel your lower jaw drop similar to the smiley face

If it doesn't, your pronounciation and enunciation is being effected.
Then the people won't be able to understand what you are singing.***
These are basic and easy, but it is a start! You may feel dizzy or light-headed.
If so, you are doing them right!
