This is an easy and somewhat quick meal to prepare. I made it today for dinner. Served it with rice, green beans, and bread sticks. Takes less then 45 minutes total to prepare.

Chicken Ala Roline

Ingredients
6-8 pieces boneless & skinless chicken
1/2 chopped Green Bell pepper
1/2 chopped Red Bell Pepper
1/2 chopped Yellow Bell Pepper
1 chopped stalks celery
1/2 Stick butter
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
3 small cans evaporated milk
Season all Salt
vegetable oil

Preparation
Season chicken pieces with season all. In a skillet, brown chicken in oil. Set aside.Melt butter. Saute peppers, and celery. Add soup and milk. Stir well. Add chicken to the mixture. Simmer over low heat about 30 minutes stirring frequently. Serve over cooked rice or baked potato.

We're supposed to. But I have bronchitis, and I don't feel up to the task. I came to work, but I think when I get off I am going to bury myself under the covers until morning. I should go home now, cuz I ain't gettin' no work done. I can't focus.
