This lick is a Double Paradiddile where you substituted the kick for the diddle hand= RLR LFF (KK) played as 2x 16th note triplets otherwise known as a sextuplet(1 trip let & trip let. You play this in the same amount of space or insubstitute of  of 1e&a... (quadruple 16th notes)*** Explaining it because in the video he said he didn't know how to explain... I hope it helps.

The sound is more than I expected 4 $500 it comes with all coated G1's and an a clear EQ3 on the kick put a little moongel to control the overtones and you're alright but I'm thinking about switching to coated G2's to see how that sounds.

That pattern has nine strokes not six....the sextuplet thing followed by a triplet RLRLFFRLF
