I know this may stir up trouble. . .but

After careful examination of this clip and the others that were on the youtube page, I can see the Tony Williams influence on Chris Dave and Dennis Chambers. Now hear me out. I see the EXPERIMENTAL influence that Tony had on Chris. I wouldn't call Chris a Tony clone, but I can see the influence. I also see some of the licks that Dennis pulled from Tony. Again, not a Tony clone, but I can see the licks he lifted from him.
Here's where things get sticky. When I watched the Justin Brown clip on GospelChops, the first thing I said 6 months ago was, "He's really been watching too much Chris Dave." He sat like him, he held his sticks like him, he moved his hands like him, he bent over the drums like him. Then someone comes on the site and says that Justin is NOT a Chris Dave clone, but that Chris Dave is a Tony Williams clone. In my humble opinion (and it is just that) I see more Chris Dave on Justin than I see Tony Williams on Chris.
Just my observation. . . Oh, and by the way, I live in the Houston area, so I have seen Chris Dave play a few times

So it's not like I don't have anything to base my statement on.
I'm done.
P.S. Thanks for the clip, Chief!
