Are the roto toms 6, 8, 10 and your real Toms 10, 12, 13 ? Back in the 80's when it was cool to use roto toms we just put them to the left over the hi hats.I don't know about roto toms now tho! They sound like a white man in a black neighbourhood !!!

yeah man, I think they get on the way on a kit. Just too high and awkward...but U probably can utilize them quite nicely in a percussion station type deal.

A MAN DO WORRY ABOUT WHAT THESE CATS TALKIN BOUT. YOU BE PROUD OF YOUR ROTO'S MAN.

I WANT YOU TOP PLAY THEM THINGS UNTIL HEAVAN GET THE NEWS. THERES NOTHING WRONG WITH ROTO TOMS.

OH IM SORRY I THOUGHT THIS WAS STILL 1994

BUT SERIOUSLY PLACE THEM WERE YOU WOULD GET THE BEST OUT OF THEM.

I REMEMBER EVERYBODY HAD THEM NEXT TO THE HI-HAT ABOUT 12" HIGH IN THE AIR. BUT A GOOD PLACE WOULD BE TO THE LEFT OF THE HI-HAT ABOUT SNARE LEVEL WITH A SLIGHT TILT TO THEM.

And what would I sound like in a black neighborhood????  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D
I was tempted to get a set, but because of the lack of depth, I have decided not to. Now, where they do make a great addition is with an electrical kit. One of churches, has a Roland kit, and the drummer added a set of rotos to it, and they blend nicely!

God Bless.

SOME OF YOU GUYS ARE   CHILDISH MAN And I thought I was the teenager :D

These are for my brother's.

Rotary Toms can work if you know how to play them. There not going to be a main item(MOST OF THE TIME HE PROBALY WON"T EVEN HIT THEM). He just got them just as a side option when playing a song or to help keep the beat going.

THERE IS A TIME TO PLAY AND A TIME TO BE SERIOUS. ;)
