I'm alittle suprised about kickin' people off the organ,drums etc.the WORD says LOVE one another,by this you will be known as my disiples.how about loving one another:to be there early to ask how/when to switch,to do things decently and in order.a little thought,planning,COMMUNICATING;brothers /sisters-let NO corrupt communication come from ourmouths(actions).otherwise,whats different from us and the american idol/club scene?we are salt/light,sweet aroma-not darkness.are we more interested in strutting OUR stuff or makin a joyful noise TO/FOR HIM
