"Suddenly" two Runs

Would anybody know the two runs that Kevin Bond does towards the end of "Suddenly".  I know how to play the song but my ear can't catch the quick runs that he does. The key of that song is Ab, and I think the first run starts like Ab,Bb,C, Eb,... then from there I get lost. I need them for my choir Anniversary.  Help would greatly be appreciated.  Be Blessed!

One he did around 4:06 was Ab, Bb,B,C,Eb,F,Eb,F,Ab do that run twice

Heres a trick when you cant hear runs like that is Using Windows Media Player go to View Enchancements then Play Speed Setting....with this u can slow it down so u can hear the run......Let me know if u like my lil trick

The run going backward at #:47 is (Starting High to Low) Bb,Ab,F,Eb,C,B,Bb,Ab,F,Bb,Ab,F,Eb,C,B,Bb,Ab

Thanks my brother! I'm new to this board, but I'm already fascinated by the love and generosity shown by the members. You guys are really special people. Hey....what is "View Enchancements"? Do you mean "Enhancements"? Also, that's cool...you can slow down a clip? I'd like to familiarize myself with more of this site so I can maximize the benefits and also find ways I can contribute.
