Hi, I just wanted to share a funny story that my Pastor told us one Sunday Morning.
A woman heard on the news that there will be a massive hurricane that will sweep past her village. After hearing this the woman went outside and looked at her massive house and home and everything that she possesed and said to the Lord. " Lord if you will stop the hurricane from hitting my house, i will give the church half of what i own and i will become a believer. So after the hurricane past her village and destroyed everything in its path. The woman survived but her house did not. She then says to the Lord " why didn't you save my house, you have just lost my soul now"
God replied and said " I was too busy dealing with my regular customers"
This story really put a smile on my face because God hasn't forgot about the regular believers who cry out to the lord in prayer everyday about the same situation that you are in. God's working everything out.
