I appreciate D hodge for letting the Lord use him!!! I just can't help but wonder is God can use us to make such harmonious melodies like that on earth...what does heaven sound like????? I think I'll live right just to find out!!!!!

I wouldn't even say artsy.  IMHO his apregiated tapping was a little bit on the sloppy side with with varying tempos in the same mesarure.  He did however hit like 3 nice chords towards the end, but other then that I don't know what those guys were going nuts over.

you know i didn't really think of it like that, but i'm sure that's what it is as theres a ton of musicians around with their stuff ready to rock.  I'm not sure why this didn't cross my mind.

I hear all yall that saying you dont see whats so hot,but the question is can you chord and do all that he did. Can you sound melodic  as tho he did. Its not about riding the train we who like it respect good bass playin when we hear it.People always wanta knock what they cant do

I'm not knocking anything that I can't do. 

#1. I can chord
#2. Even if someone couldn't chord why is it automactically assumed that they're knocking it because thhey can't do it.  What if they just didn't think it was all that and a bag of chips.

#3. Never assume because someone doesn't jump on the bandwagon means that they can't do what someone in a video is doing
#4. If they didn't want to have any constructive criticism (and i honestly mean constructive) on their playing they woulnd't have made a clip of it......

Now on the flip side I will take back my comment about him being sloppy.  I've watched it over and over again and well I was just wrong about him being sloppy.  I can admit that.

Nope... I am not even close.

I am not knocking on Mr. Hodge's skills at all... I was speaking to the statement.

"The Holy Spirit can move in a shedd.. here is proof.."  Which is the caption of the clip on myspace.

That clip doesn't prove much... Thus my comment, maybe they were riding a high time, prior to the clip.

Before  you guys chime, in... AGAIN, I am not talking about playing ability.
