4 Sale

I have a bass and amp for sale if anyone is interested for $200.  Suited more for beginners and/or a practice amp.  Black Ibanez GS200 and a Peavey Microbass (60w).  Preferably someone local to the DC area.  I don't want to ship it if I don't have to.

Shoot me a PM with your email and I can give you PICS.  I'll throw in some strings to.  I have a couple of sets laying around (4 string).

Are you sure that Peavey Microbass is 60w?? I used to own one and they are only 20w!

You know I thought about this very same thing. I too have had a microbass and though it should like it could be reaching 60 watts it was still 20. I love that amp and want it back. Sold it for $16.00  :-[ ?/?

I think that you are right.  There are actually 2 settings on this amp.  I was looking the first one.  I'm not sure what it all means, but...sorry if I mislead anyone.

120 VAC                          20 WATTS
60 Hz                              9V RMS
50 WATTS                      4 OHMS

The bass is a black GS200.  Price is negotiable.  I'm not looking to make a lot of money on this, but if someone is looking for a starter kit hit me up.

50 watts you are refering to is power consuption. Watts are how the electric company charges you. It's like, that number is how much juice needed to operate that unit.

yea he saw me coming. it got me through a serious bind. had a spare amp needed a few dollars got that few dollars.
