I haven't heard this song in a while, but I can give you what I remember from it.  I think it goes something like this:

Key E  LH/RH (not sure of the original key)

G# /
/ F#-B-E
G# /
/ F#-B-E
A / A-C#-E
A / A-C#-E
F# /
/ A-C#-E
F# /
/ A-C#-E
C# / G#-C#-E
C# / G#-C#-E
(repeat)

I know there is a little Bridge part in the middle, but I have to listen to the song again to figure it out correctly.  I hope you can use this for now to get you started.

Cb / Eb-Gb-Bb
Cb / ohhh

Gb / don't
Ab / Cb-Eb-Gb bear the burden
Eb / Db-F-Ab all by yourself,

Ab / Gb-Cb-Eb, Gb any heart
Bb / Ab-Db-F that's heavy laiden,
Ab / Cb-Eb-Gb soul
Bb / Db-F-Ab sal-
Bb / C-Eb-Ab va-

Key change to F:

A / Calling

That's the whole song.  Just listen to the CD for rythym and timing.

I did get the key but that's all....Couldn't hear the progressions and where they are placed in the music.
