Chicago here too. There are shed sessions going on at Sweet Holy Spirit all the time. All of the top cats swing by. Jason Tyson, Phillip Feaster, Rick Robinson, etc.

I used to live in Gary. Played for James Cleveland and Jessy Dixson. I live on 94 going toward Detroit now. I live in a small town called Albion, Michigan.

I have to tell you Chicago is a very lawless town. Few people live in the city anymore. Many live in the subburbs. If you have the money you can live in a few safe neighbor hoods but State Street and the South Side are dangerous places.

I know a lot of the cats at First Church of Deliverance and Fellowship Hall , which is Clay Evans church. I used to hang out over there. Those churches are close together. Cosmopolitan is close around there too.

Whatever you do don't get stranded in the projects.

Grew up in Chicago - southside, went to Morgan Park, had friends that went to CVS.

My Worship is For Real - Bishop Trotter, I posted in an earlier post. I'll check on Vashawn Mitchell. I Try to keep up, but military (USAF) and deployed for a while so haven't been able to keep up with much. Still have some family Living on the southside though.

my grandparents live in kankakee and go to morning star, my grandpa is a deacon there Deacon Joe Dixon. But im from the chi but now i live in bloomington

So you play for Ed Copeland in Rockford? I know him and sister Monica. I'm here in Champaign, IL and use to play for the U of I Black Chorus. He comes down for all of the Symposiums, etc.

I also use to hang out at Fellowship (Clay Evans). I know them cats too: Pierre, Kameron, Eric, Baron, Bryant Jones. I use to sing with Reggie McCraken "True Voices"
