Why u playin'?

Well we know when you started playing. We know how long you've been playing, and we definetely know what songs, hyms, keys,notes etc. you like but here's the real question.....

WHat made you to start playing the "Keys" and whay did you wanted to play the "Keyes"

hey good question...well i havent been playing thaaat long but i play to give God glory and since a kid ive always wanted to play for some reason harmony sounds so good to me...anyways yea thats the main reason why i play how about you?

Always had a desire and we needed a musician, so i prayed and God made a way. I'm a beginner who wanted to fill a need in the church.

I've played Jazz and GOD wasn't pleased. So, I started playing Gospel organ about 20 years ago for God's Glory. I miss my roots, but, I enjoy playing for God. He's the MAN.

Well for me the church i grew up in had a full band my aunt ( at the time) was the M.O.M.. and when she played you could actually feel it through your bones... people have been saved off solo's on the organ that she has done.. and at the time i was a kid and i said..( i wanna do that) so i started to learn how to play... The funny thing is that she didn't teach much.. if i asked her about a specific thing sho would show me that, but other than that i tought my self.. Im still trying to get to that level to where i can play to where souls can be saved... some peeps have come to me and said that i felt the move of God through your playing, but i want that to be contual thing with me...

When I was younger, my father noticed I was musically inclined.  When he started his own ministry, he MADE me play the piano!  When we got a Hammond, he put me on that too!  I'm grateful for that now and I grew to love it. I've always loved music.

i played drums my whole life then like 3 yrs ago my uncle was up preachin and i was like"man i wanna learn how to play those chords" like thats the only thing i wanted to play lol then i mastered those then idk i just started learning to play i quit like 3 times but this time im goin strong!!!

although i really didnt start to play up until the last 4 years i actually got interested back in my high school days cuz a friend who i dont consider to be that handsome was getting all the girls so i was trying to figure out why and then i noticed they came around whenevr he played the piano so i said let me get at this too. i guess it was God's way of getting my attention and thru music i have become in tune with him.
