"THE DEVIL HIT ME HARD!"

Some poor soul broke into my car and STOLE my primary keyboard!!!

I didn't start this post for sympathetic responses...I started it to encourage all of the FAM to appreciate what you have (equiptment and talent), and NEVER, EVER, let the devil get you down.

I have 2 performances this weekend, and I'm just gonna get my back-up board and KEEP ON GOING!

PLEASE PRAY FOR ME LGM FAM !

Hey Nakia ....thanks for the encouragement....but I had a rehearsal right after work, so I had to take it with me.  I only left the car for about 10 minutes.

I tried to rationalize,"What could I have done differently" but I can't think of anything except walking around the store with the board hanging on my shoulder?

WOW... Well going forward... you might want to invest in a travel bag... I have on for my keyboard... It looks like a Long suitcase... But it would e great for your board...

If your board is 61 keys or 76 I'm guessing it fit into the back of your car... If it was in a case it could have fit across the seat... Just a thought....

Also think about it this way... You wouldn't leave a $100 bill on your car seat for 2 seconds ;D :D... Again just a thought ;)...

It be those "Not even 5, 10, 20 minutes/seconds" that get us...

It was in a gig bag...I drive a 300zx, so it was pretty easy to see it, but I don't want to dwell on the negative, I still have the car, nobody got hurt, and I still have a back-up board.

That's some consolation I guess.?.

had a similiar thing happen @church,both our boards and some amps,speakers were stolen.HOWever,with the insurance money,we actually got some new,better stuff!ya know .law says when somebody staels from us,you can get 10 times better!be blessed-seek HIM,while HE may be found,recieve blessing LORD is sending!ps what about your car insuarance?

Yea but I loved the board....wouldn't have felt too much worse if they had taken the car and left the board.

Might actually have had a chance to get the car back.

He tried to get the back-up board too!!!!

......Flood in apartment upstairs earlier in week....first thing I checked on was my gear, it was ok.
