The title says it all. Just wondering what all of you are using out there and why.

I think I posted a topic that was similar. Check on some this forum, there have been a few replies there.

Dude,

I personally like the stomp boxes. I have what I call the four "must get" for R&B and Gospel music..they are

1. Digital Delay by BOSS
2. Super Chorus by BOSS
3. Phase Shidter by BOSS
4. Dyno Compressor by MXR

I have these mounted on a stomp box pad.

I like this set-up because, for my style of playing, its all I need to get the sound that I Like.

Thats a cool set up, what kind of amp are you playing out of? And you dont have any effects for a good lead tone? I currently have the Pod 2.0 its ok, doesn't give me the best clean sound, and that is probably also due to the fact that the only amp I have right now is a Line 6 spider. I really dislike that amp. I thinking of getting a Fender Hot Rod Deluxe

im using a digitech rp50 multi processor, also have a dod envelope filter and a rocktek phaser(im just playing in church, not recording or anything, so i dont care about sound quality)...of course if i ever get into recording gospel and making albums etc, I would get some Boss pedals and a good wah pedal.
Go to a store and buy an Ibanez.......

I prefer the sound and the simplicity of stomp boxes over multi-efx units, that being said I do like the ability of multi-efx units to store several patches.  Right now here is the stuff on my pedalboard;

                     Tube Works Real Tube Overdrive
                      Dunlop Wah
                      Boss CE-2 Chorus
                      Boss DSD-2 digital delay
                      Ernie Ball Volume pedal

I've got all of that running into a Peavey Classic 30 head, driving a Carvin cabinet w/ two 12 inch spkrs.
