Hey yall it's been a minute (been mad busy studio wise/practicing). Anyways heres a clip of a band of cats who came together for this church choir trip to ohio. The drummer is off the chain he also plays for the best choir in the t-dot www.Freedom2worship.com There album is coming out next month (they sound like a mix of ypj/tye/and james hall).

YEYE, FREEDOM 2 WORSHIP IS REPRESENTING TORONTO BIG TIME!! THE DRUMMER IS ADRIAN BENT. I HAVE THEIR FIRST ALBUM WHICH IS LIVE!! THE BASS PLAYER GOES TO MY CHURCH, HE'S DISGUSTING TOO. HE GAVE ME A CD WITH THE BAND REHEARSAL. ADRIAN MASHES THE SET!! THE CHOIR IS BEYOND LIVE AS WELL!

can you break some of that down slower(-then sped up) like you did before for me. you got some nasty chops kid! i ain't gonna jack everything, but i am gonna jack piece by piece and add some "D-Nice" to it.....if you don't mind fam. what kinda foot excercises you do? or hand excercise..( break that down too pleez)...MAN I LOVE THIS SITE!!!!...i will post when i figure it out and ready for the LGM critique. cuz i def rspect my peers on here.
