Nice setups...I use the Tascam USB Mixer as my audio sound to the amp. It saves on using the laptops internal soundcard thus giving better latency when playing. No lag at all when I play. Oh...I use the Sony Vaio GZRT 3.0 hz laptop with 768 meg of memory.

Hey ddw4e, I liked your setup as well. How did you record your computer screen like that?

Thanks! That program is called River Past Screen Recorder.

Thank you,

I believe its the Tascam US 224. It came with Cubase VST software and allows you to record midi and audio tracks.

Looks like you've started a trend Sam. Although my setup was not designed for road use nor is it software based, I wanted to share my video. Later I will post a video of what the VK-8 sounds like thru my Leslie. I'll also record a video of the piano too. Let me know what y'all think.

As promised, here's what my piano sounds like. I forgot to mention in the video that I'm using a set up Logitech Z2300 speakers.

NIce set up. I'll have to look at the that board and the new Hammond XK series. When I did my outdoor service it was a hassle changing drawbar settings but the laptop held up in the heat and sun.

Sam, I forgot to ask, what sort of MIDI interface are you using with your laptop?
