They say this stuff is bad for your health and of course everything out ther that taste good has lots of the sweet stuff in it. The thing is that most of it is acually high fructose corn syrup which is cheaper and sweeter that regular cane or beet sugar. There has been research to suggest that the body handles corn sweetners differently than conventional sugar. With the increase of people diagnosed with diabetes and the infestation of sugar in our diet, something needs to be done. So here comes sucralose (known as Splenda) to the rescue...or so it seems. I've heard that Splenda (and most other low calorie sweetners) are really not that good for you. I was wondering how many of you acutually use Splenda and have you noticed or experienced any ill effects from it.
