Limited edition Marshall Rocket Special...cheap but sounds great and plays pretty fast, cons are that at higher level volumes i gt some feed back, but it's great in church, i've been told it sounds like a higher end bluesy guitar, and its pretty, its my first guitar and i'll keep her forever

My momma always told me not to play with axes because you might chop off someone's fingers...

What is an axe?

It's a guitar.

Saying "I'm gonna play my guitar" is the same as saying "I'm gonna jam on my axe".

The term "axe" might come from the blues scene when players would "cut heads" which is a term for jamming together and each player is trying to one-up the other guy...all in good fun, understand...but if you're gonna go cutting, you'd be takin' your axe.  ;)

I have a Paul Reed Smith Swamp Ash, Gibson Les Paul Classic, Yamaha AES 1500, G&L, Ibanez AF105, Fender Strat, Martin. I use the PRS more than any other because it's so many things you can do with this guitar (2 Hum & Single Coil)

I'm with music bishop here.  I have a black schecter omen 6 but I play through a Fender 212 amp.  I has a good feel to it and I enjoy playing on it.  If the Lord sees fit to further my playing, I will get a PRS guitar ;D

Gibson Epiphone ES-335 dot semihollow body and Epiphone Sheraton II semihollow body. Yo I just can't get enough of that warm hollow body sound.

Custom Steinberger "P". Mini Vee. Built By Ed Roman in Vegas. For acoustic, I play nylon string. They are incredibly versatile. I've had a few, my latest being a Fender classical.

Those Duncan Performer pickups--i know theyre bout 30 bucks at musicians friend----do you have the Scorchers or the Snarks?  I have an Ibanez GRX40 (starter pack H-S-S axe) and im thinking bout putiing a Duncan Performer Buckshot($25) in the bridge(for distortion), a Snark($30) in the middle for shout music, and a Scorcher($30) for normal chords and fat jazzy stuff....whaddya think?
Go to a store and buy an Ibanez.......
