...around my way here in Central Florida, we have Jesse Caraballo (check him out at gospelkeyboard.com) and Todd Wilson (from Miami).  I'm nowhere on the map and that's all good because I am a student and still learning.  The guys and gals here on LGM run circles around me.  I am going to put up some clips so that I can get all of the LGM fam. to critique my playing so that I can get better.  It's coming soon. lol.

What you know about Big Johnnie Hicks. Dude was my favorite drummer when I was at BCC. He played for Hope Fellowship...tearin' it down. He's the one that turned me on to the Vic Firth SD4's. Another guy that's not originally from Florida but plays at BCC is Laroi Larkin from Detroit and another cat in Orlando named Courtney that plays bass and drums (bass majority of the time). Those two cats are hotness too.
My goal as a musician is to be better than myself.

Wait - you and I must have been there around the same time.  I came in before you, but we were around during the same time that those cats came in (Johnnie there in 1997, I believe).

I know I woulda recognized you, especially if you were in the  band, because I was in the chorale and spent a lot of time in the music building, and I know the music building was a giant dorm room for the band they were in there so much.
