...well, to tell you guys the truth and this will be a shocker........I AM NOT SPONSORED BY EVANS!!! ;D  When you see my clip, you will see this. ;)  Anyway, I go back and forth with heads all of the time.  I've owned the Evans Hydros. (Blue) for the entry level kits when I was younger and Clear G2's and now Coated G2's.  I've played on many Remo Clear Pinstripes and Clear and Coated Ambassadors but................I've never played REMO Clear Emperors with the Clear Ambassador combo.  It's just something that I want to try.  A lot of the music that we've been playing lately calls for the attack and open tone qualities of a clear head.  I can't wait to put them on the Pearl kit.  Another thing is that I tend to go against the current at times.  The popular head "brand" on LGM is Evans so I'll go with REMO on the toms just to be different.  I'm keeping the EMAD II on there though.  That's not going anywhere. ;D
