To the LGM musician, my church is considering paying the musician at my church. I know their has been decussion on this topic before, I did the search. My church is very business like when it comes to things like this. So I would just like to know what is an average or where can I go to get info on this for musicians.(that includes... drummers, keyboard, organ). I would greatly appreciate this.
