Anybody use Logic pro 7?
« on: October 05, 2006, 10:52:26 PM »
I'm going to learn about it in the music school I go to. I want to know if it's hard to learn? Do you like the features on it? What are the advantages and dissavantages? Thanks.

I use Logic Pro, Cubase, and have Nuendo, yet don't use it much...no need really...Any way I prefer Logic over Cubase because the scoring program is more user friendly.  Also, the sounds are better, unless you buy the steinberg Virtual Grand, Virtual Bassist and Guitarist...which I have all three...so in that case...Logic sort of comes up short...only problem is those virtual instruments use a lot of memory...

I just upgraded to LogicPro 7 from protools le. It is definitely different, and I love it.

I think the features are far superior to what a basic protools setup offers and once set up ...it's far more logical ::)

I guess that is why it's Logic. :D
