I didn't see any flamadiddles. FLAMS?? Yes. FLAMADIDDLES. . .? I didn't see any. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you're supposed to be able to say, "FLAM-A-DID-DLE" while you're playing the pattern. He never did that. Watch it again, and if he is doing it, please note the time during the video and let me know. Otherwise, figure out what he was actually doing. I'm not trying to be harsh. But, we don't want people to think one thing is something else. So please help me clear this up.

yeah i forgot his last name. i know on the pearl forums his name is analogbeatmaker. that is supposed to be from his DVD.

yeah he does alot of flam rudiments i dont think there were flamadiddles though. i know he did the blusda which is a variation of the flamadiddle, well the way i play it is.

At around :33-36 with the crosover and coming out of the crossover he does them. He really works the Flam Accents and the Swiss Army triplets in this as well. Not sure if I heard the "Blushda". This guy has such a consistent sticking that it is hard to figure out sometimes because he does not do the "careless" acceting most of us get in the habit of doing.

I love how he dropped the double bass in ever so often. It was an uncommon placement... nice.

Looks like j_kay has some cymbal cleaning competition,  :o :D :D :D

I still didn't see it. I just watched again several times and it just seems like @ :33 he just does some fast crossover (ala Dennis Chambers). But I didn't hear or see flamadiddles. I'll keep trying though.

He does sound pretty good, too. Thought I might mention that. ;D

I really dig this clip. His set sounds really nice. Does anyone know what kind of heads he has on them? Everything seems to be protypes or something.

my bad, upon second review it is a "diddle-less" blusda.

I think he works for sam ash or guitar center in North Carolina if my memory is correct. Dude is nice!
