Here is some chords you can use:

"Thou Art A Shield For Me" by: Byron Cage
Key d / F  LH/RH

Intro:

D / A-D-F
C / G-C-E
Bb / F-A-D
A / E-G-C
G / D-F-Bb
A / Db-F-G-C (2x)

Part 1:

D / A-D-F Many are they, oh
C / G-C-E Lord, that
Bb / F-A-D trouble me,
D / G-C-E
(repeat 2x)

D / A-D-F
C / G-C-E
D / G-C-D-G

Part 2:

for
Bb / A-D-F thou oh
C / G-C-E Lord, art a
D / A-D-F shield for me,
C / G-C-E your my...
(repeat)

Bb / A-D-F glory, the
C / G-C-E lifter up of my...

GO BACK AND PLAY INTRO CHORDS

That is the basic outlay of the whole song.  The music switches between the order of the chords in Part 1 and the order of the chords in Part 2, so you need to listen for that.  Also, listen to the CD for rhythm and timing.  I know there other parts to it, but I'm sure you smart enough to figure out what to play for it.  I hope that helps you!!!
