Although I haven't heard it in a while, I do believe that it's:

Gm7 - Cm7 - D7 - Gm7 (each chord gets 4 beats)

The actual electric guitar part might just simple "5" chords or power chords; chords that have only the root note, the 5 note, and maybe the octave of the root...but the full chord voicing should be what I posted earlier.

Dave, I believe that is correct--at least that's how we used to play it.  Fun one to play.  You can improv a lot on that one.
