Depends on what you're playing. "Improvising" is a broad subject. You probably want to narrow it down some. Any specific song that you have in mind where you'd like an analysis of how the person is improvising? You can improvise with chords or scales. Are you asking how I would improvise or in general, how a person would improvise?

It really doesn't matter as long as i get some type of idea of how to do it.  If possile you can tell how do it.

First thing you need to do is learn:

1.  Major Scale
2.  Chords (and there inversions)
     Major
     Minor
     Dominant
     Diminished
     Augmented
     Major 7th
3.  Progressions
     ii V I
     I IV I V I
     iv ii V I

Learn these (like I am) in every key, and you will be on your way.
