...I just turned on my Comp. and there it was on MSN.com.  Wow!  I was always amazed at what this guy did and his vast knowledge of animals and reptiles and such.  He should've just stuck to the crocs.  The Great Barrier Reef is no joke man. :'(

Yeah bbd, you right man. It's on the news here in NZ (Mostly because we right next to Australia).

Anyway, at the end of the day it's good to see that he was doing something he loved. Most people couldn't care less
about a cat let alone a dog. ::)


On a sidenote: I wonder if he has life insurance...

Most definitely it has affected alot of people.  Even myself for one.
I do feel for his family too. His wife was away on a tramping trip... She found out after the media had put it out.

The Australian government has offered to give him a state funeral so we'll see what the family decide...

Yeah man. Thats too bad.  His show was entertaining and enlightening at the same time.  My prayers to the fam.

ill pray for the family and yea its sad...but, you cant control animals. They got instincts. You cant do what he does and see this as a total shocker. It was only a matter of time

and life insurance? i dunno. He was at a huge risk, he may have had it, but it wasnt cheap
