LOL...I wasn't going to.  I "learnt" (as the old folks say) my lesson a long time ago.  I was just curious.  Thanks for the brat.  I love them!!!

the apostles were instructed to baptize in the name of Jesus for the remission of sins... Some religions baptize in the name of the father, son, and Holy Ghost.   There's no scripture for doing it that way.

From what I understand... the Catholics are responsible for this.   In one of my religions classes in college the professor explained that the Catholics changed it waaaay back when because they didn't want to leave anyone out (since they believe in a trinity)-3 distinct separate beings in the Godhead..... hence the 'father, son, holy ghost' baptisms..

Washed 6 loads of clothes and folded them
Worked an 8hr day
Fished for 12 hours ( Caught 2 18lb Salmon) :P ;D
Drove for 6 hours
Had 5 meals
12 snacks ( THANS SJ)
Worshipped
been to a 2 day Revival
Talked to my son, my daughter
My mother
My brother
Had 2 meetings
2 practices
Watched 3 football games
Went # 2 3 times ( all the snacks in here sorry) ;D
Took my wife to dinner
Change a starter on my friends car
learned 2 new songs







AND WE ARE STILL TALKING ABOUT THIS ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ?/? ?/? ?/? ?/? ?/? ?/? ?/? ?/?

I gotta agree with LadyWiz...SJon where have you been??? Is it you've never heard of oxtails or you just don't like them? Either way, they are so good...I like mine baked in the oven with just the right amount of seasoning...Mmm...gotta go eat breakfast, y'all got me hungry yet again!!! I'm beginning to think this is the food board and not a music/Christian board... ;)
