This may be a silly comment, but when Nathaniel was doing the drum solo why was the crowd just sitting down chilling... The church where I go to when they see how God has gifted musicians with the ability to play with such musicianship they would really stand and be in somewhat amazement... That crowd was just sitting there chillin like, "Oh, we hear that all of the time.  Anybody can do that!"  ;D ... Just an observation... Stay Blessed, Nate J.

first thing... did you guys catcjh the left foot keeping time?


next thing...  did the drums sound great ooooooooor what?!!!!  The tuning is incredible in that clip. and I do not like pinstripes.... nor does he endorse them but whom ever tuned those and the soundman need to get a hand.

last but not least... that guy is truly gifted by God... nuff said (the beauty and poise of his playing...)

I had the privelage to see him play at PASIC 2004. The crazy thing about Nat is that he has had little to no formal training.  I have seen many players that have raw talent and it is just that.  Raw.  Nathaniel has a crispness and a refined style that would make one think that he has had lots of formal training.  Talk about cultivating the gift!  He's so slept on.  I have not checked out the clip, but I'm gonna get on that joint when i get home.

Another thing I noticed about Nate's playing is that he has great posture behind the kit. I bet that has a lot to do with his precision as a drummer. This guy is awesome. Natejam, you're right about that audience. I was beginning to think that was the Christmas program at the U.S. President's church.

I cant stand nathaniel townsley. Hes a Horrible person!! Every time I hear him play he reminds me of how much I need to practice....He sickens me....


Hes so good its not even funny, If you guys watched that 8 minute clip of him on youtube you will know what im talkin about.... that guy is on his own level. No one plays like him, Thats what I like, I mean love
